The brand new Vermeer facility in Derrimut, Melbourne opened recently, celebrating with a day featured live demonstrations of Vermeer’s equipment and giveaways.

Vermeer has been present in Melbourne since the 1990s, with the Derrimut facility being the company’s sixth site in Australia. The site opening marks a significant milestone in the Vermeer’s history. Vermeer Equipment Holdings also has dealerships in Queensland, New South Wales, South Australia, Western Australia and Indonesia.

Those who attended the grand opening went into the running to win a trip to the USA to attend the 2016 Vermeer Customer Day at the company’s flagship site in Pella, Iowa. Two separate customers received this prize.
