Benefits

Clay-Drill™ is a single sack product designed for HDD applications where sacrificial fluids are the preferred system of choice. Polymer-based HDD fluid designed to provide borehole stablisation, counteract the sticking tendencies of clay, and maximise clay/shale inhibition without the need for additional additives

  • Superior clay/shale inhibition for borehole stability

  • Reduces the number of products on-site

  • Single-sack product, no adcitives needed

  • Effective at low concentrations

Quik-Bore™ is a high yield boring fluid system specially formulated with Wyoming sodium bentonite for use in horizontal directional drilling (HDD) applications.

  • High-yielding and easy to mix

  • Can be used in unconsolidated formations

  • Provides functional gel strength to compensate for low annular velocity

  • Minimises the number of boring fluid products required

  • Disperses readily in water

  • NSF/ANSI Standard 60 certified

Xtragel is a high yield boring fluid system specially formulated for higher viscosity at lower concentrations using Australian bentonite.

  • High-yielding and easy to mix

  • Can be used in unconsolidated formations

  • Provides functional gel strength to compensate for low annular velocity

  • Minimises the number of boring fluid products required

  • Disperses readily in water

Penetrol© Dry is a surfactant is used to assist in counteracting the sticking tendencies of encountered clay or shale during drilling operations. Penetrol© Dry is a free-flowing granular product and is easy to mix. It is effective at low concentrations and produces minimal foaming during high shear mixing. It is compatible with other Baroid drilling fluid additives.

  • Minimal foaming, no entraining of foam in fluid system

  • Effective at low concentrations 0.5 lbs to 1lb/100 gallons (0.6 kg/m³)

  • Help inhibit shale swelling and disintegration

  • NSF/ANSI Standard 60 certified
