Australia’s largest equipment hire company has recently added 29 new Vermeer VX30-250 trailer-mounted vacuum excavators to its Pipeline Testing Hire fleet to meet the ever-growing demand for cost-effective and versatile non-destructive digging solutions in the Engineering, Building Construction, Maintenance, Mining and Resources sectors.

The VX30-250 (formerly known as the VT250D) is a fully self-contained trailer mounted 250 gallon vacuum excavation system powered by a 23.1 kW Yanmar diesel engine and features 575 cfm (16.3 m3/min) blower with 15” Hg (381 mm Hg) of vacuum and a 3000 psi (206.8 bar) water pump.
